Since practicing mindfulness I have developed this barrier of what I see, I am aware of all the thoughts coming in but now they are not really bothering me, I am able to be aware and it does not affect my center. Before they used to affect me, that is the skill I am developing.
Before the course I felt very down and just half alive. Now I feel fully alive. I learned about living in the present with the breath and have no worries for the future. That is a state I am getting to more steady most of the time. It is a happy state.
