David Behrens is presently teaching regularly for the NHS Recovery College of Gloucestershire for Mental Health Recovery and leading one month Mindfulness based – substance abuse recovery programs for the Nelson Trust. He brings his expertise of studying and practicing Meditation while living 27 years in a monastic environment in a traditional School of Yoga in South India.
