Come join us for this dynamic study, learning and practice event with participants from Europe and USA.

This four-session program has been specifically designed for deepening your mindfulness practice.  It is beneficial for both beginners and those who are interested in strengthening their practice.  There is compelling evidence through the work of neurobiology and psychology supporting the fact that mindfulness when practiced regularly can lead to improvement in our physical and emotional wellbeing.

The primary goals of the program are:

  • To learn how mindfulness practices can increase awareness of personal triggers, habitual patterns and improve emotion regulation, therefore developing the power of choice in day to day life.
  • To learn and explore the specific “What” and “How” skills of mindfulness. Utilizing concrete tools to become present in the moment.
  • To learn and practice mindfulness pathways of posture, witnessing the mind and breath techniques.
  • To support you to create a more non-judgmental and compassionate stance towards self and others.
  • To start to develop a sustainable daily practice of mindfulness meditation.
